Understanding Core Beliefs

Core beliefs are the foundational ideas we hold about ourselves, others, and the world around us. They form the lens through which we interpret experiences and interact with the world. These beliefs, often formed early in life, can shape how we approach relationships, success, love, and personal growth.

While some core beliefs empower us to take bold actions, others can limit our potential, causing us to feel stuck, unworthy, or disconnected from our desires. These limiting beliefs act as barriers, preventing us from fully embracing who we are and achieving the life we dream of.

What Are Limiting Beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are negative thoughts or convictions we hold that restrict us from growing, achieving our goals, or manifesting the life we want. They often stem from past experiences, conditioning, or societal messages we've internalized. These beliefs can show up as feelings of inadequacy, fear of failure, or a belief that "things will never work out for me."
